2. Check the verticality of the rod lighting facilities (must be measured and tested regularly with theodolite according to the requirements), the allowable error of the rod slightly should be less than 3‰ of the rod. The straightness error of lamp pole axis shall not be greater than 2 rod length.
3.Check whether there is rust on the outer surface of the lamp pole and the weld. For those who have a long service period but can not be replaced again, if necessary, the acoustic wave, magnetic particle inspection and other inspection methods are used to inspect and test the weld.
4.Check the mechanical strength of the lamp plate to ensure the normal use of the lamp plate, for the closed lamp plate should check its heat dissipation.
5. Check the fastening bolts of the lamp support and reasonably adjust the projection direction of the lamp.
6. Carefully check the use of the conductor (flexible cable or flexible wire) in the lamp tray to see whether the conductor is subjected to excessive mechanical stress, whether there is aging, cracking, line exposure, etc. If abnormal phenomenon occurs, it should be dealt with immediately.
The overall lighting of the integrated solar street lamp needs a very strong light source and a strong brightness. The bar lamp can meet these requirements, which are its points.
