1. Wall thickness:
The wall thickness of the lamp pole refers to the thickness of the steel plate used to make the lamp pole. The common specifications are 2.3mm, 2.5mm, 2.75mm, 3mm and 3.5mm.
2. Round rod and vertebral rod:
There are two general types of lamp poles: round pole and vertebral pole. Round pole refers to the same upper and lower caliber, which is often used in occasions with a height of 12 meters. Vertebral pole refers to the different upper and lower caliber, which is often used in occasions with a height higher than 12 meters. Vertebral pole has better mechanical strength and wind resistance than round pole.
3. Wind resistance grade:
The wind resistance grade of the lamp pole is directly related to the height and wall thickness of the lamp pole. We can design according to the different requirements of customers to meet the corresponding wind resistance requirements of customers.

Conventional lamp poles are rolled and welded from Q235 hot-rolled steel plates. After hot galvanizing, they have good corrosion and oxidation resistance. After plastic spraying, the surface can further improve the corrosion and oxidation resistance. The lamp poles after hot galvanizing and plastic spraying have a service life of more than 10 years.
The wall thickness of the lamp pole should not be too small, because too small the wall thickness of the lamp pole will appear uneven roundness during the rolling process, which will affect the overall aesthetics and mechanics of the lamp pole. Too thick the wall thickness of the lamp pole will cause the weight of the lamp pole to increase and the cost to rise. Therefore, the selection of the lamp pole should consider that the lighter the weight is, the better when it meets the requirements of customers.
The caliber of lamp arm is mostly 48mm and 60mm, which can ensure the smooth installation and reliable fixation of lamps. If the lamp arm requires special size, it is necessary to add a reducer sleeve for the fixed installation of the lamp.
