Mechanical performance requirements of street lamp poles

Street light poles are very common, all over the streets and alleys, so what are its requirements in terms of mechanical performance?

1. Material of street lamp pole

The street lamp pole shall be made of high-strength steel with national standard Q235 and above, and the wall thickness shall not be less than 3mm (the height of the lamp pole is 6m). Q235 is a low-carbon steel with good plasticity and welding performance and good forming ability. It is commonly used in engineering structures such as bridges and buildings. It has good practical performance. Q235 steel is used for lamp poles. The seismic and wind resistance grades are relatively high. The wind resistance capacity is calculated as above grade 11 of 36.9 M / s, and the seismic intensity is grade 8.

2.Surface treatment of lamp pole

When the surface of the lamp pole is treated with hot galvanizing, the thickness of the galvanized layer shall be greater than or equal to 85 microns, and the surface shall be smooth without wrinkle and sagging. The outer surface shall be sprayed with plastic and other protective treatments, and the surface shall be smooth and beautiful. The hot galvanizing of lamp poles is to prevent corrosion, and the hot galvanizing treatment of lamp poles can effectively protect the steel structure.

3.Protective performance of lamp pole

The lamp pole shall meet the following protective performance requirements:

a) The load acting on the lamp pole shall be considered according to GB50009.

b) For the fixation of other auxiliary installation structures connected to the lamp pole, measures to prevent loosening shall be considered.

c) The lamp pole and auxiliary installation structure shall meet the local wind pressure requirements.

4.Mechanical performance of lamp post access door

The lamp post access door shall meet the following mechanical performance requirements:

a) The access door shall be integrated with the lamp pole body, and the structural strength of the door opening shall be guaranteed.

b) The gap between the access door and the lamp post should not exceed 2mm, with good waterproof performance.

c) Have reasonable internal operation space, and set electrical installation and grounding reservation points.

d) It adopts external triangle built-in bolt locking and special wrench to open, which has good anti-theft performance.

5.Lamp pole life and quality assurance

The lamp pole shall meet the following service life and quality assurance requirements:

a) Welding shall meet the requirements of GB/T 3323 standard.

b) The adhesion of zinc coating shall meet the requirements of GB/T 13912-2002 standard.
